Meetings and Quorums:

• Regular association meetings are held on a semi-annual basis at various locations hosted by the demographic utility company.
  
  
• Regular association meetings will be of a two day duration. Whenever possible, the meeting will be scheduled on a Thursday and Friday.
  
  
• A quorum shall consist of the attendance at a regular association meeting of five members representing at least five companies.
  
  
• Future meetings are determined a minimum 1 year in advance for planning purposes.
