It will be sent to the designated email address within one month after application. Relevant records will be permanently stored for inquiries related to further education and school merit evaluations.
紀念品和獎項製作費用一經繳交，概不退款、轉讓。資料遞交後1日內，僅針對錯別字、聯絡地址等基礎信息可申請免費修改；獎項及紀念品進入製作流程後，一律不予退款。參賽者購買獎項相關服務時，須確保填報的姓名、收件地址、聯繫方式等資料準確無誤，因資料錯誤導致的獎項寄遞延誤、丟失等後果，由參賽者自行承擔。
Once the production fee for souvenirs and awards is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Within 1 day of submitting the information, free revisions are only allowed for basic details such as typos and contact addresses; no refunds will be given once the awards and souvenirs enter the production process. When purchasing award-related services, participants must ensure that the filled-in information (including name, delivery address and contact information) is accurate and error-free. The participant shall bear all consequences such as delayed delivery or loss of awards caused by incorrect information.
