【比賽形式Competition Format】

競賽採用線上形式進行,參賽者需於競賽截止日期前,登入系統提交作品。

The competition will be held online. Participants must log in to the system and submit their works before the competition deadline.

【參賽方法/Participation Method】

  • 個人報名:填寫線上報名表格。成功報名後,賽事確認信及專屬競賽鏈接將發送至登記郵箱。

  • 團體報名:學校或機構如組織團體(批量)參賽,請由指導老師或負責人統一下載並填寫《團體報名表》。競賽鏈接將發送至指導老師登記郵箱。

  • Individual Registration: Please complete the online registration form. Upon successful registration, a competition confirmation email and your unique competition link will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Group Registration: For schools or institutions organizing group (bulk) participation, the instructor or person in charge should download and complete the "Group Registration Form." The competition link will be sent to the instructor's registered email address.

【競賽內容 / Content Focus】

寫作,不限文體 ;字數不含標點符號

Writing ,No restrictions on literary style; word count excludes punctuation.

初小組:圍繞“如果我有一支魔法筆”,發揮想像,來講述你的小願望。不少於120字(詩歌除外)。

Junior Primary Division:Based on the theme “If I Had a Magic Pen”, use your imagination to describe your small wishes.No less than 120 words (poetry excluded).

高小組:圍繞“給未來的一封信”,大膽表達出你想對未來的自己說的話。不少於300字(詩歌除外)。

Senior Primary Division:Write a letter to your future self, and bravely express what you want to say to your future self.No less than 300 words (poetry excluded).

初中組:聚焦「成長與挑戰」,表達青春期的突破與成長感悟。表達獨特視角、真摯情感與理性思考,不少於 500 字(詩歌除外)。

Junior Secondary Division:Focus on growth and challenges, and express your breakthroughs and insights during adolescence.Convey unique perspectives, sincere emotions, and rational thinking.No less than 500 words (poetry excluded).

高中組:圍繞“青春於夢想”,結合自身的追求,觀察社會、思考人文,深化對青春、成長、責任的理解,兼顧思辨性與文學性,可融入對社會現象、人文熱點的思考,不設固定文體,可寫 700-900 字(詩歌除外)。

Senior Secondary Division:Based on the theme “Youth and Dreams”, combine your own aspirations, observations of society, and reflections on humanity to deepen your understanding of youth, growth, and responsibility.Your writing should balance critical thinking and literary expression, and may include insights into social issues and current cultural topics.There is no fixed genre.Word count: 700–900 words (poetry excluded).

【競賽須知 / Requirements】

  •  設備要求/ Equipment Requirements

設備與網路:請提前準備帶有穩定網路連線的電腦、平板或手機。建議優先使用最新版本的 Chrome 或 Safari 瀏覽器,以確保系統相容性與最佳操作體驗。

Equipment and Network: Please prepare in advance a computer, tablet, or mobile phone with a stable internet connection. It is recommended to use the latest versions of the Chrome or Safari browsers to ensure system compatibility and the optimal operating experience.

  • 行為規範/Code of Conduct

誠信原則:參賽者需公平誠實競賽。參賽作品必須為原創,嚴禁抄襲、代寫、套作,一經發現,立即取消參賽資格。考試必須由參賽者本人獨立完成。嚴禁任何形式的作弊行為,包括但不限於使用任何外部資源、工具、資料或人工智慧輔助解答。與他人討論或接受任何形式的協助。代替他人考試或請他人代考(共用帳號)。

平臺監測:本次考試系統將全程監測並記錄可能的異常行為,包括但不限於:非許可範圍內的反覆切換考試視窗或瀏覽器標籤頁。其他系統判定為疑似作弊的操作行為。如經系統監測查核認定參賽者存在任何違反本須知規定的行為,主辦方有權立即取消其參賽資格,且不予計分。

Integrity Principle: Participants must compete fairly and honestly.All entries must be original. Plagiarism, ghostwriting and formulaic writing are strictly prohibited. Those found will be disqualified immediately.The examination must be completed independently by the participant themselves. Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: using any external resources, tools, materials, or artificial intelligence to assist in answering questions; discussing questions with others or receiving assistance in any form; taking the exam for someone else or having someone else take the exam (account sharing).

Platform Monitoring: The examination system will monitor and record potential abnormal behavior throughout the entire process, including but not limited to: repeatedly switching examination windows or browser tabs outside permitted limits; other operations deemed by the system as suspected cheating. If, through system monitoring or verification, a participant is found to have committed any violation of these guidelines, the organizer reserves the right to immediately disqualify the participant and void their score.

  • 成績規則/Scoring Rules

邀請全球優秀文學領域專家,以及資深寫作導師組成評審團,採用「匿名評審 + 雙輪評審」機制,全程公平公正,評審核心不看套路、不看辭藻,重點關注 3 個維度:
1.真實性:情感真實、內容真實,無虛假編造,貼合真實生活與思考;
2.創新性:視角獨特、表達新穎,打破傳統寫作模板,有自己的想法和風格;
3.表達力:語言流暢、邏輯清晰,能夠準確傳遞情感與觀點,無需追求華麗。

Invite excellent experts in literature fields around the world, as well as writing tutors to form a review team, adopt the "anonymous review + two-round review" mechanism, and ensure fairness and impartiality throughout the process. The core of the review does not look at routines or rhetoric, but focuses on three dimensions:
1.Authenticity: Genuine emotions and authentic content, free from fabrication, aligned with real life and personal reflections.
2.Innovation: Unique perspectives and original expressions, breaking away from traditional writing templates, with distinct ideas and style.
3.Expressiveness: Fluent language and clear logic, capable of accurately conveying emotions and viewpoints without the pursuit of ornate wording.

  • 金冠 / Gold Champion
    每組排名前 3% / Top 3% of each division.

  • 冠軍 / Champion
    每組排名前 4%-10% / Top 4%-10% of each division.

  • 亞軍 / First Runner-up
    每組排名前 11%-20% / Top 11%-20% of each division.

  • 季軍 / Second Runner-up
    每組排名前 21%-30% / Top 21%-30% of each division.

  • 優勝獎 / Merit Award
    每組排名前 31%-60% / Top 31%-60% of each division.

團體獎項 / Organizational Awards

  • 優秀導師獎 / Outstanding Mentor Award
    任何學校、教育中心凡推薦5名或以上參賽者,其指導老師可獲頒優秀導師電子證書。
    Any school, educational center, or organization that recommends 5 or more participants will receive Outstanding Mentor Award e-certificate for the supervising instructor.

相關考試規則,由 主辦方負責制定、修訂及解釋。主辦方有權根據實際情況,對考試安排、監考方式、違規認定標準及處理辦法作出最終決定。協會保留修改上述條款及解釋比賽規則的權利,無需事先通知。如有任何爭議,協會擁有最終決定權。

The relevant examination rules are formulated, revised, and interpreted by the Organizer (IUOTA) . IUOTA reserves the right to make final determinations regarding the examination arrangement, proctoring methods, standards for violation identification, and handling measures based on actual circumstances. IUOTA reserves the right to modify the above terms and interpret the competition rules without prior notice. In case of any disputes, IUOTA holds the final decision-making authority.
