1.  紀念品和獎項製作費用一經繳交，概不退款、轉讓。資料遞交後1日內，僅針對錯別字、聯絡地址等基礎信息可申請免費修改；獎項及紀念品進入製作流程後，一律不予退款。參賽者購買獎項相關服務時，須確保填報的姓名、收件地址、聯繫方式等資料準確無誤，因資料錯誤導致的獎項寄遞延誤、丟失等後果，由參賽者自行承擔。
Once the production fee for souvenirs and awards is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Within 1 day of submitting the information, free revisions are only allowed for basic details such as typos and contact addresses; no refunds will be given once the awards and souvenirs enter the production process. When purchasing award-related services, participants must ensure that the filled-in information (including name, delivery address and contact information) is accurate and error-free. The participant shall bear all consequences such as delayed delivery or loss of awards caused by incorrect information.

2.  線上比賽採用指定時間段登錄參賽系統作答的模式，參賽者須在規定時間內完成比賽。因個人原因未按時登錄參賽的，不予安排補賽，亦不受理改期申請。於規定比賽時間內無故缺考的參賽者，將不再獲得任何形式的補賽機會。
The online competition adopts the mode of logging into the competition system to answer questions within a specified time period, and participants must complete the competition within the stipulated time. No make-up competition or rescheduling application will be accepted for those who fail to log in and participate on time due to personal reasons. Participants who are absent from the competition without valid reasons within the specified time will not be given a make-up competition opportunity in any form.

3.  所有定制獎項如獎杯及獎狀等均印有參賽者姓名，請務必仔細核對個人資料。定制費用不包含運費。實體獎項一經印制，不得再作任何修改。實體獎項製作及物流配送周期約為**2個月**，具體到達時間視各地物流狀況略有差異。獎杯、獎狀若出現運輸損毀或製作瑕疵問題，參賽者可於收到獎項後1日內向本會申請免費補製及寄送（含運費）；因個人原因（如地址錯誤、無故拒收等）提出的退回或補寄申請，恕不受理。
All trophies and certificates will be printed with the participant's name, please carefully check your personal information. Shipping fee not included; Shipping costs are to be paid by the recipient. No modifications will be made once the trophies and certificates are printed. The production and logistics delivery cycle of the awards is approximately **2 months**, and the specific arrival time varies slightly depending on the logistics conditions in different regions. For trophies and certificates of online competitions that are damaged during transportation or have production defects, participants may apply to the Association for free re-production and delivery (including shipping fees) within 1 day of receiving the awards; return or re-delivery applications due to personal reasons (such as incorrect address filling, unreasonable refusal of delivery, etc.) will not be accepted.

4.  參賽者（未成年人參賽者的家長或老師須代為知悉並同意）須仔細閱讀、充分理解並同意遵守本賽事的所有規則及章程。若參賽者違反任何比賽規定（包括但不限於線上作弊、提交虛假資料等），主辦單位及評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格及獲獎資格。
Participants (parents or teachers of minor participants must acknowledge and agree on their behalf) must carefully read, fully understand and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the competition. If a participant violates any competition rules (including but not limited to online cheating, submission of false information, etc.), the organizer and the jury committee reserve the right to disqualify him/her from the competition and revoke any awards obtained.

5.  參賽者一經報名，即視為同意並授權本會保留及使用其在比賽過程中的參賽照片、錄像、作答內容等素材，用於教育推廣及宣傳用途，涵蓋本會官方網站、社交媒體平台及各類出版物；同時授權本會在上述渠道刊登、公佈得獎者姓名及相關參賽資訊。
Upon registration, participants are deemed to have agreed to and authorized the Association to retain and use materials such as photos, videos and answer content taken during the competition for educational promotion and publicity purposes, including the Association's official website, social media platforms and various publications; and also authorized the Association to publish and announce the winners' names and relevant competition information through the above-mentioned channels.

6.  賽事結果以專業評審團的評核意見為最終依據，不設上訴渠道。
The competition results are based on the evaluation opinions of the professional jury panel as the final decision, and no appeal channel is available.

7.  主辦單位對本賽事的所有規則及章程擁有最終解釋權。凡涉及本活動的任何爭議，均以主辦單位的裁定為最終決定，任何人士不得提出異議。對於本活動的一切爭議，本會擁有最終決定權。
The organizer reserves the final interpretation right of all rules and regulations of this competition. Any dispute related to this event shall be subject to the final decision of the organizer, and no one may raise any objection. The Association reserves the final decision-making power on all disputes related to this event.

#收集個人資料公告及私隱條款 Personal Data Collection Notice & Privacy Terms

1.  本會僅以合法、公正的方式收集、保存和使用參賽者的個人資料，所有資料僅限用於本會的業務運作及相關活動開展（包括線上賽事組織、獎項製作與配送、後續活動通知等）。

The Association only collects, stores and uses participants' personal data in a legal and fair manner, and all data is only used for the Association's business operations and the conduct of related activities (including online event organization, award production and delivery, follow-up event notifications, etc.).

2.  本會將盡力確保所保存的客戶個人資料為最新、準確的狀態。
The Association will make every effort to ensure that the personal data of customers kept is up-to-date and accurate.

3.  個人資料將予嚴格保密儲存。本會尊重客戶的隱私權益，絕不會向任何未獲授權的第三方泄露任何客戶資料。
Personal data will be stored in strict confidentiality. The Association respects the privacy rights and interests of customers, and will never disclose any customer information to any unauthorized third party.

4.  本會將對線上賽事的相關畫面、參賽者提交的作品等進行記錄，相關素材可能用於公開的宣傳推廣活動。
The Association will record relevant footage of online competitions and works submitted by participants, and such materials may be used for public promotional activities.

5.  參賽者或其監護人自願提供個人資料，並同意本會可將所提供的個人資料用於活動推廣及相關服務提供。同時，這些資料也將用於參賽作品審核、後續聯絡及相關宣傳工作。
Participants or their guardians voluntarily provide personal data and agree that the Association may use the provided personal data for event promotion and the provision of related services. At the same time, these data will also be used for the review of competition entries, follow-up contact and related publicity work.

6.  依據《個人資料（私隱）條例》第18條、第22條及附表1第6項原則的相關規定，參賽者有權查閱及更正其所提供的個人資料。參賽者有權索取其在參賽報名表中填報的個人資料副本，本會在處理相關查閱申請時，可酌情收取一定費用。
In accordance with the relevant provisions of Section 18, Section 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 of the **Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance**, participants have the right to access and correct the personal data provided by them. Participants have the right to request a copy of the personal data they filled in the competition registration form, and the Association may charge a certain fee at its discretion when processing such access requests.
