The 2026 International Art Award, with an international perspective and academic standards at its core, is dedicated to establishing a professional and authoritative art competition. The competition encompasses diverse creative forms, including watercolor, acrylic, oil painting, gouache, ink painting, drawing and sketching, illustration, comics, poster design, and handicrafts, among others, encouraging originality and cross-media exploration.
It aspires to bring together outstanding works from around the world, connecting cultures through art and responding to the times through creativity. Art creators worldwide are cordially invited to participate actively and join this grand international art event.
比賽形式
Competition Format
創作形式：水彩、塑膠彩、油畫、水粉、水墨、素描、插畫、漫畫、海報、手工藝等。
比賽採用線上報名+作品投稿形式進行，參賽者需於比賽截止日期前提交參賽作品 (格式JPG/PNG）。
個人報名填寫線上報名表格。成功報名後，賽事確認信及專屬競賽鏈接將發送至登記郵箱。
學校或機構團體批量參賽，請由指導老師統一下載並填寫《團體報名表》。競賽鏈接將發送至指導老師登記郵箱。
Art Forms: Watercolour, Acrylic, Oil Painting, Gouache, Ink Painting, Drawing/Sketching, Illustration, Comics, Poster Design, Handicrafts, etc.
The competition shall be conducted by means of online registration and artwork submission. Entrants are required to submit their entries in JPG/PNG format before the competition deadline.
Individual Registration Please complete the online registration form. Upon successful registration, confirmation email and competition link will be sent to registered email.
Group Registration: For schools or institutions organizing group (bulk) participation, the instructor should download and complete the "Group Registration Form." The competition link will be sent to the instructor's registered email.

作品要求
Requirement
不限主題。作品須積極健康，不得含有違法、暴力、仇恨、歧視、色情或違反公序良俗之內容。
作品必須為參賽者本人原創，嚴禁抄襲、代筆、臨摹他人作品或侵犯著作權以及使用AI生成內容。一經發現，取消參賽資格。
Theme is not restricted. All works must be positive and wholesome, and must not contain any illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic or immoral content.
All works submitted must be the entrant’s own original creations. Plagiarism, ghostwriting, copying or tracing the works of others, copyright infringement, and the use of AI-generated content are strictly prohibited. Upon discovery, the entrant shall be disqualified from the competition.

導師獎 / Outstanding Mentor Award
學校、教育中心凡推薦5名或以上參賽者，其指導老師可獲頒優秀導師電子證書。Any school, educational center, or organization that recommends 5 or more participants will receive Outstanding Mentor Award e-certificate for the supervising instructor.

本次比賽由國際藝術家、策展人、美術教育者、設計師及相關領域專家組成評審團。
評審採「匿名評審＋雙輪評審」機制，確保公平公正。
The judging panel for this competition shall consist of international artists, curators, art educators, designers, and experts in related fields.
The judging process shall adopt an “anonymous review + two-round review” mechanism to ensure fairness and impartiality.
條款
Policy
選手提交參賽作品，即預設授權大賽主辦方將作品用於賽事宣傳、成果展示。
By submitting the competition work, participants automatically grant the competition organizer authorization to use the work for event promotion and result presentation.
相關賽事章程，由主辦方負責制定、修訂及解釋。主辦方有權根據實際情況，對考試安排、監考方式、違規認定標準及處理辦法等作出最終決定。協會保留修改上述條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，無需事先通知。如有任何爭議，協會擁有最終決定權。
The relevant Regulations are formulated, revised, and interpreted by the Organizer (IUOTA) . IUOTA reserves the right to make final determinations regarding the examination arrangement, proctoring methods, standards for violation identification, and handling measures based on actual circumstances. IUOTA reserves the right to modify the above terms and interpret the competition rules without prior notice. In case of any disputes, IUOTA holds the final decision-making authority.
