本次國際青少年兒童短視頻大賽，旨在順應短視頻全球參與、無處不在的傳播趨勢，釋放新生代的創意潛能。短視頻早已融入日常，無論校園生活、家庭互動，還是田園嬉戲、文化體驗，皆可成為鏡頭下的生動素材，兼具記錄、表達與傳播的實用價值。大賽以影像為橋，為孩子們搭建國際展示平台，鼓勵用童真視角捕捉生活點滴、傳達真實感悟，在創作中鍛煉表達力與創新思維，結交全球同好。讓每一份獨特視角被看見，讓青春創意在交流中綻放光彩，收穫成長與榮耀。
International Youth and Children Short Video Competition aims to align with the global participation and ubiquitous communication trend of short videos, unlocking the creative potential of the younger generation.Short videos have long integrated into daily life—whether campus life, family interactions, pastoral play, or cultural experiences, all can be vivid materials under the lens, boasting practical values of recording, expression, and communication.Taking images as a bridge, the competition builds an international showcase platform for children, encouraging them to capture life's moments and convey genuine insights from a childlike perspective. Through creation, participants will enhance their expressive abilities and innovative thinking, while making like-minded friends worldwide.May every unique perspective be seen, and youthful creativity shine brightly through exchanges, bringing growth and glory to all.

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽影片參賽，影片限時3分鐘，於協會網站上傳參賽作品。
Shoot a 3-minute video for the competition and upload it on the Association's website.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品主題不限，可涵蓋校園生活、家庭互動，還是田園嬉戲、文化體驗等多元題材，須為參賽者原創作品。8 歲以下參賽者可由家長陪同創作，作品可適度引用公開授權網絡素材，未獲得其他比賽專屬版權限制的往期參賽作品亦可報名。
2、參賽作品支持 MP4、MOV 等國際通用格式，時長須控制在 3 分鐘以內。作品可自主選擇是否配備旁白，旁白語言可選英語、普通話、粵語等，作品命名格式統一為「姓名 - 年齡組別」。
3、若經核實作品非參賽者本人原創，將立即取消參賽資格；參賽作品若違反任何國家或地區法律法規，相關法律責任由參賽者全權承擔，主辦方不承擔任何連帶責任；所有作品不得包含暴力、低俗、違法等不良內容，須符合國際公認的公序良俗。
1. Entries may cover diverse themes including campus life, family interactions, rural pastimes, or cultural experiences, but must be original works by the entrant. Participants under 8 years old may create entries with parental assistance. Works may appropriately incorporate publicly licensed online materials. Previously submitted entries not subject to exclusive copyright restrictions from other competitions are also eligible.
2. Submissions must be in internationally recognized formats such as MP4 or MOV, with a duration not exceeding 3 minutes. Entries may optionally include narration in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages. All works must be named in the format: “Name - Age Group.”
3. Entries found to be non-original works will be immediately disqualified. Participants bear full legal responsibility for any violations of national or regional laws and regulations; the organizer assumes no liability. All entries must comply with internationally recognized standards of public order and good morals, and must not contain violent, vulgar, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
