With red plum blossoms against snow as the brush and the warm glow of spring as the ink, this competition builds an international platform for youth art exchange, gathering the painting talents of children worldwide. Centering on the joyous theme of the Lunar New Year, it encourages children to sketch traditional customs, depict scenes of family reunion, and evoke a vivid atmosphere of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new through their brushes. Through the language of painting, young artists convey their expectations for the New Year and interpret their visions of a better life—promoting the inheritance of traditional Chinese New Year culture while facilitating cross-cultural artistic mutual learning. This event helps teenagers enhance their aesthetic and creative abilities, foster cultural confidence and an international perspective, allowing the joy of the Lunar New Year and the brilliance of art to illuminate the growth path of children across the globe.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成，可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、參賽作品需要圍繞新春主題進行創作，紙張不限，可以使用顔料、水彩、丙烯馬克筆等。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1.All entries must be independently completed by the participants themselves or under the guidance of parents/mentors. Submissions previously entered in other competitions are permitted. Entry Naming Format: Name - Age Group.
2.Entries must be created around the theme of the Lunar New Year. There are no restrictions on the type of paper; participants may use pigments, watercolors, acrylic markers, and other art supplies.
3.Any entry found to be non-original (i.e., not created by the participant) will result in disqualification. If an entry violates any laws or regulations, the participant shall bear full legal responsibility, and the organizing committee shall not be liable. All entries must not contain harmful content, controversial material, or inappropriate elements. Commercial promotion or political content is strictly prohibited in all submissions.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
