2026/27 學年國際徵文大賽是一場跨越地域與語言的國際寫作競賽，旨在發掘有思想深度與文字表現力的優秀作品。參賽者透過文字梳理所思所感，在組織觀點、深化論述的過程中，展現邏輯思辨與獨立思考的能力。比賽不設題目或主題限制，歡迎全球寫作愛好者踴躍參賽，在國際比賽舞台上展現創作實力。
The 2026/27 Academic Year International Essay Writing Competition is an international writing competition that transcends geographical and linguistic boundaries, dedicated to identifying outstanding works of intellectual depth and expressive excellence.
Through writing, participants organize their thoughts and reflections and, in the process of structuring arguments and deepening their analysis, demonstrate logical reasoning and independent thinking. The competition imposes no restrictions on title or theme. Writing enthusiasts worldwide are warmly invited to participate and showcase their creative abilities on the international competition stage.
比賽形式
Competition Format
競賽採用線上形式進行，參賽者需於競賽截止日期前提交參賽作品 (格式DOC/PDF）。
個人報名填寫線上報名表格。成功報名後，賽事確認信及專屬競賽鏈接將發送至登記郵箱。
學校或機構團體批量參賽，請由指導老師統一下載並填寫《團體報名表》。競賽鏈接將發送至指導老師登記郵箱。
Online competition. Participants submit the essay (in DOC/PDF format) before deadline.
Individual Registration Please complete the online registration form. Upon successful registration, confirmation email and competition link will be sent to registered email.
Group Registration: For schools or institutions organizing group (bulk) participation, the instructor should download and complete the "Group Registration Form." The competition link will be sent to the instructor's registered email.

作品要求
Requirement
比賽不設題目或主題限制。
體裁形式不限，記敘文、論述文、抒情文、描寫文、詩歌等等均可。
The competition imposes no restrictions on title or theme. There are no restrictions on genre or form; narrative, argumentative, lyrical, and descriptive essays, modern poetry, and other forms are all acceptable.
寫作語言中文或英文，字數300字以上（詩歌除外），不含標點符號。
The writing language shall be Chinese or English, and the word count shall be no less than 300 words (poetry excepted), excluding punctuation marks.

金冠 / Gold Champion
每組排名前 10% / Top 10% of each division.
冠軍 / Champion
每組排名前 11%-20% / Top 11%-20% of each division.
亞軍 / First Runner-up
每組排名前 21%-30% / Top 21%-30% of each division.
季軍 / Second Runner-up
每組排名前 31%-40% / Top 31%-40% of each division.
導師獎 / Outstanding Mentor Award
學校、教育中心凡推薦5名或以上參賽者，其指導老師可獲頒優秀導師電子證書。Any school, educational center, or organization that recommends 5 or more participants will receive Outstanding Mentor Award e-certificate for the supervising instructor.

賽事免費報名。不包含證書、獎盃、獎牌等製作定制費用，獲獎者可按個人所需申請定制，相關製作費用需另行支付。（*包含指定地區運費- 中國,香港,澳門,台灣,馬來西亞,新加坡）

Free Registration and Participation. The customization of all awards (e-certificates, physical certificates, medals, trophies) is not included in the registration. 競賽規範
Rules
作品必須為原創，參賽者須獨立完成寫作，嚴禁抄襲、代寫、套作或使用人工智慧生成內容。一經發現，取消參賽資格。
邀請全球文學專家及資深寫作導師組成評審團，採「匿名評審＋雙輪評審」機制。評審維度：真實性，創新性，表達力。
Entries must be original and completed independently. Plagiarism, ghostwriting, template-based writing, or AI-generated content is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification.
A panel of global literature experts and experienced writing mentors will use an anonymous, two-round review process. Evaluation criteria: Authenticity, Innovation, and Expressive Power.

Policy
相關賽事章程，由主辦方負責制定、修訂及解釋。主辦方有權根據實際情況，對考試安排、監考方式、違規認定標準及處理辦法等作出最終決定。協會保留修改上述條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，無需事先通知。如有任何爭議，協會擁有最終決定權。
The relevant Regulations are formulated, revised, and interpreted by the Organizer (IUOTA) . IUOTA reserves the right to make final determinations regarding the examination arrangement, proctoring methods, standards for violation identification, and handling measures based on actual circumstances. IUOTA reserves the right to modify the above terms and interpret the competition rules without prior notice. In case of any disputes, IUOTA holds the final decision-making authority.
