電子證書：將於訂單截止日期後一個月內，發送至登記時所填寫的電子郵箱。​

實體證書、獎盃及獎牌：將於訂單截止日期後兩個月內，按訂單提供的地址寄出。獎項發出後將以Whatsapp通知收件人物流單號以便追蹤運送進度。

​

所有獎項將嚴格按照表格填寫內容進行製作。如因訂單資訊錯誤需重新製作所產生之額外費用，將由訂購方承擔。如需增加其他特殊顯示要求，必須透過官方郵箱提出。

Electronic Certificates: Will be sent to the registered email address within one month after the order deadline.

Physical Certificates, Trophies, Medals: Will be shipped to the address within two months after order deadline. Tacking number will be sent to the recipient via WhatsApp for  tracking once shipped.

All awards will be produced strictly based on the information provided in the form. If remaking is required due to errors in the order information, any additional costs incurred will be borne by the ordering party. For any additional special display requests, they must be submitted via the official email.

指定地區免費配送：訂單付款金額已包含以下地區的一次免費運費服務：香港、澳門、台灣、中國內地、馬來西亞、新加坡。

其他地區運費：如配送地址非上述指定地區則另行支付相應運費。

獎項一經簽收或領取，若發生損壞或遺失，主辦方恕不補發。

Free Shipping to Designated Regions: The paid order amount already includes a one-time free shipping service to the designated regions: HK, Macau, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Singapore.

Shipping to Other Regions: For delivery addresses outside the above-mentioned designated regions, additional shipping fees will apply based on actual logistics costs.

​

The organizer will not issue replacements for awards damaged or lost after they have been signed for or collected.

請務必確保提供的收件地址、聯絡電話等資料準確無誤。確保收件電話保持暢通，以便及時接收物流公司的派送通知。若因填寫資料有誤、無法順利聯繫、收件人未及時簽收或拒收等原因，導致包裹無法投遞被退回，主辦方概不負責。產生的一切額外開支如包裹退回及重新寄送之費用等，均須由收件人承擔。

​所有獎項產品均為個性化定制商品，一經下單，不接受任何理由的退款申請。

Please ensure that the provided info are completely accurate. ensure the recipient's phone line remains accessible in order to receive delivery notifications from the logistics company promptly. The organizer shall not be held responsible if the package cannot be delivered or is returned due to incorrect information provided, inability to contact the recipient, failure to sign for the package on time, or rejection of the package by the recipient.​ Any additional expenses incurred such as costs for returning and reshipping will be borne by the recipient.​​

Once an order is placed, refund will not be accepted for any reason.
