2026 青少年劍橋英語寫作公開賽，全面對標國際 CEFR ，以劍橋英語五級考試（CEQ） 的寫作評分矩陣為審閱基準，參照劍橋官方四大評分維度：內容完整度、交際成效、篇章架構、語言運用，確保評判客觀專業。
題目設計覆蓋 KET（A2 Key）、PET（B1 Preliminary）、FCE（B2 First） 三個級別——包含情境郵件撰寫、敘事故事、論點導向等多元文體，完整再現劍橋官方寫作命題邏輯與難度梯度。
The 2026 Cambridge English Youth Writing Open Competition is fully benchmarked against the international CEFR framework and adopts the writing assessment criteria of the Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) as its judging benchmark. It references the four official Cambridge scoring dimensions – Content, Communicative Achievement, Organisation, and Language – to ensure objective and professional evaluation.
The writing tasks are designed to span three proficiency levels: KET (A2 Key), PET (B1 Preliminary), and FCE (B2 First), and encompass a diverse range of text types, including contextual email writing, narrative storytelling, and argument-driven essays, thereby faithfully replicating the task design logic and difficulty gradient of Cambridge's official writing examinations.

Competition Format
競賽採用線上形式進行，參賽者需於競賽截止日期前提交參賽作品 (格式DOC/PDF）。
個人報名填寫線上報名表格。成功報名後，賽事確認信及專屬競賽鏈接將發送至登記郵箱。
學校或機構團體批量參賽，請由指導老師統一下載並填寫《團體報名表》。競賽鏈接將發送至指導老師登記郵箱。
Online competition. Participants submit the essay (in DOC/PDF format) before deadline.
Individual Registration Please complete the online registration form. Upon successful registration, confirmation email and competition link will be sent to registered email.
Group Registration: For schools or institutions organizing group (bulk) participation, the instructor should download and complete the "Group Registration Form." The competition link will be sent to the instructor's registered email.

學校、教育中心凡推薦5名或以上參賽者，其指導老師可獲頒優秀導師電子證書。Any school, educational center, or organization that recommends 5 or more participants will receive Outstanding Mentor Award e-certificate for the supervising instructor.

作品必須為原創，參賽者須獨立完成寫作，嚴禁抄襲、代寫、套作或使用人工智慧生成內容。一經發現，取消參賽資格。
邀請資深劍橋英語五級考試（CEQ）導師組成評審團，採「匿名評審＋雙輪評審」機制。評審維度：內容完整度、交際成效、篇章架構、語言運用。
Entries must be original and completed independently. Plagiarism, ghostwriting, template-based writing, or AI-generated content is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification.
A panel of senior Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) Level 5 instructors is assembled, adopting a double-blind and two-round review mechanism. The evaluation criteria cover four dimensions: content completeness, communicative effectiveness, textual structure, and language application.

相關賽事章程，由主辦方負責制定、修訂及解釋。主辦方有權根據實際情況，對考試安排、監考方式、違規認定標準及處理辦法等作出最終決定。協會保留修改上述條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，無需事先通知。如有任何爭議，協會擁有最終決定權。
The relevant Regulations are formulated, revised, and interpreted by the Organizer (IUOTA) . IUOTA reserves the right to make final determinations regarding the examination arrangement, proctoring methods, standards for violation identification, and handling measures based on actual circumstances. IUOTA reserves the right to modify the above terms and interpret the competition rules without prior notice. In case of any disputes, IUOTA holds the final decision-making authority.
